  • Analytics data: if you connect a Google Analytics property, we access campaign performance metrics (sessions, users, conversions) in read-only mode on your behalf.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve UTM Vault.
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • Display analytics data you have authorized us to access.
  • Send transactional communications (e.g., password resets).
  • Monitor and prevent security issues.

3. Third-Party Services

UTM Vault integrates with Google Analytics via OAuth 2.0. When you connect your Google Analytics account, we request read-only access to your analytics data. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain the connection. You can disconnect at any time from your site settings, which will revoke our access and delete cached analytics data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and hash all passwords using industry-standard algorithms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Cached analytics data is refreshed periodically and can be cleared at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information via your profile settings.
  • Disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Cookies

UTM Vault uses session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
