By accessing or using UTM Vault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UTM Vault is a campaign URL builder and management tool that helps teams create, organize, and track UTM-tagged URLs. The Service may also integrate with third-party analytics platforms to display campaign performance data.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by UTM Vault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data and content remain yours — we claim no ownership over the URLs, campaigns, or analytics data you manage through the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep UTM Vault available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTM Vault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
